🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love everything you order from Bloom & Haven, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go quite as planned. Below you'll find all the information you need on how to return an item or request a refund.
Can I Return an Item?
Yes — most items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
- You must request the return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Some items (see below) are non-returnable due to their nature.
🌿 Non-Returnable Items
Please note that some products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty. These include:
- Live plants
- Flower bulbs and seeds
- Perishable or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page.
We do this to protect plant health and hygiene standards.
📦 How Do I Request a Return?
To start a return for an eligible item, please email us at support@bloomandhaven.co.uk with the following details:
- Your full name and order number.
- The item(s) you'd like to return.
- The reason for the return (e.g., unwanted, damaged, wrong item).
- Photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send anything back until your return has been approved.
đź’· Who Covers the Return Shipping Cost?
- If the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs or arrange a collection.
- If you’ve simply changed your mind about an eligible item, you’ll be responsible for the return postage.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
đź’° Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
Please note, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider.
âť— Missing or Damaged Orders
If your item arrives damaged, incomplete, or hasn’t arrived after the expected timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) with clear photos and your order number. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible, usually with a replacement or refund.
For issues specifically with live plants arriving in poor condition, please refer to the 'Non-Returnable Items' section above and contact us within 48 hours.
↔️ Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original eligible purchase following the process above and place a new order.
