Where We Deliver
📍 UK Delivery Only
We deliver across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

That's right! We offer FREE delivery on every single order, regardless of size or value, to all UK destinations. No minimum spend, no hidden charges, no surcharges for remote areas.
📦 Estimated Delivery Times
While delivery is always free, the time it takes depends on the items you've ordered:

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Each product listing includes estimated dispatch and delivery timeframes specific to that item.
đźšš Dispatch and Tracking
Dispatch Time
Most orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours on working days. Items like made-to-order products or large furniture may take longer, as indicated on the product page.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email (when available from the courier), so you can follow your parcel’s journey. Please note that sometimes tracking can take 24-48 hours to become active after dispatch.
Separate Parcels
We work with multiple specialist UK suppliers and sometimes items are shipped directly from them, or from different warehouses. This means your order might arrive in separate parcels and potentially on different days. You’ll receive separate dispatch emails with tracking information for each part of your order if this is the case.
📦 How Items Are Shipped
Couriers
We use a range of trusted couriers (e.g., Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, specialist furniture carriers) depending on the size, weight, and type of items. We select the most appropriate free service to get your order to you safely and efficiently.
Packaging
- Live plants are carefully packed with breathable wrapping to arrive fresh and healthy.
- Fragile items are secured with protective packaging (we aim for recyclable options!) to avoid damage in transit.
- Garden furniture and heavy items are delivered via specialist couriers who will typically contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. Delivery is often to your room of choice, provided access is clear.

Delivery Instructions & Rescheduling
While you can't add instructions during checkout, most couriers allow you to manage your delivery via their website or app once you have the tracking information. This often includes options to specify a safe place, nominate a neighbour, or reschedule the delivery day.
Missed Deliveries
If you’re not home, the courier will usually leave a calling card or update the tracking with instructions. They might attempt redelivery, leave the parcel safely, or take it to a collection point. Follow the instructions provided.
We recommend someone be available for plant deliveries to minimise their time in transit.
Changing Address
If your order hasn’t been dispatched, contact us immediately via Live Chat or email. If it's already shipped, you might be able to redirect it via the courier's tracking portal.
